Vinyasa flow yoga
A dynamic form of yoga, consisting of a flow of rhythmic yoga movements. The yoga poses follow the movement of breath, while engaging the muscles. This Yang style of yoga is strengthening and lengthening the muscles and has a warming and energizing effect.
Altogether, Vinyasa flow yoga increases flexibility, mental focus, cardiovascular conditioning, calorie-burn and muscle development.
A quiet meditative form of yoga in which we hold poses for a longer time, while the muscles are relaxed. Yin yoga has a positive effect on your organs, immune system, muscles and joints.
